Shipping Policy

We are based in Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly.  Remember ground shipping to anywhere west of the Rockies is usually 1-3 days.  If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.

All "Air" orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock.)  Sometimes we receive so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your order.  (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us.)
Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
    *Please note that pick-ups are Mon-Fri only.

Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.

Our package tracking database is updated every evening at 7:00 PM PST.
